This
section allows you to catch up with everything which has been added to
the site since your last visit. It is effectively a checkpoint area. Whenever
you press the 'Checkpoint Button' below, you will send a time stamp cookie
to your own machine. This allows this section to establish which new items
have been added to the site since you last pressed it. The updates will
not be prolific, but this section will ensure that you won't miss any
