PROBLEMS WITH COOKIES

You may need to adjust your browers COOKIE settings. You may have it set to allow no one to write cookies to your machine or a very protective setting. This can be adjusted, quite simply, by yourself to allow more sites to write Cookies to your machine, or just the sites that you want to write Cookies to your machine. Sites like Comics UK for instance.

IE6 - Click Tools ----> Internet Options ----> Privacy ----> and move the Slide-bar to Medium. This will allow most sites to write to your machine. However, if this sounds a 'bit dodgy' to you, you can simply type in the URL of the site(s) that you wouldn't mind writing to your machine. To do this, do as above except that instead of moving the Slide-bar, click on the Edit button. Then, in the box titled Address Of Web Site type in http://www.comicsuk.co.uk and press the Allow button, OK, Allow, OK. Finally, just click the Checkpoint Button and you're ready for your next visit.

Netscape 6.* - First of all, type in the Comics UK URL (or click here). Then click Tasks ----> Privacy And Security ----> Cookie Manager ----> Unblock Cookies From This Site. And that's it. Simple eh. Now just click the Checkpoint Button and you're ready for your next visit.
