Not British Comics related but a sad loss to the world of comics all the same, Frank Frazetta passed away yesterday after a stroke. He was 82. Frank was highly regarded as one of the finest illustrators in his field (particularly for his fantasy paintings) and had worked in comics since the mid 1940s on strips as diverse as National's Shining Knight and Playboy's Little Annie Fanny. A true giant.
