Anyone know something about a home made fanzine named Hullabaloo ?

Folded a3 format with newspaper strips like; "Mandrake the Magician" by Phil Davis, "Bruce Gentry", by Ray Bailey, "The Shadow", by Vernon V Greene, "Drago", by Hogarth.
Looks like lifted from newspapers and printed with a photocopy machine.
