Brand new UK comic!

Post by Lew Stringer »

Funny Monsters Comic, an all-new humour title, comes out this week in selected newsagents. And if your shops aren't in the distribution area you can still buy it by post, or meet the creator at various events. Here's the details on my blog:

I'm not a contributor but I'm happy to help promote it. It'll be interesting to see what reaction it gets. Give it a shot and support a new British comic!

I've ordered a copy of it - love Joe's stuff in Pulp, Gas, Ut and so on, so it'll be good to see what he does for the little folk (unless he probably already HAS done kids stuff, which I'm no doubt unaware of).

The Xmas issue arrived this morning - going by the photos on the first page it's getting a good response, which is nice. I know it's more geared toward folk that are at least two decades younger than I am, but I still got a few laughs from Zackster, Kid Zombie, ha!
