CODEWHEEL - Which comic?

Quick question: what was the British boys' weekly that gave away a codewheel? Tornado, maybe? I thought it might have been Warlord but now I'm pretty sure it wasn't. I don't recall being a member of any comic club other than the Warlord Secret Agent club so I'm trying to figure out where I acquired the codewheel.

Help appreciated!

For us oldies The best British comic TV21 had a free gift of a code wheel with issue one
