Hi there, anyone have a list of which issue Captain Condor appeared in?

Long shot I know but you've gotta start somewhere

No's 6 and 8 I think - though I'm pretty sure they just featured partial reprints from the weekly comic.

have found this

https://bookpalace.com/PicLibs/Lion/INDEX.HTM

so that confirms 6 & 9 (and nothing else up to issue 21 - but the title went on for a long time so could be more?)

I don't think there were any others - as far as I'm aware later issues settled down to a steady diet of reprints from Fleetway's war picture libraries.

I'm pretty sure he's in numbers 6& 9. Definately 6 as I'm looking at my copy right now. The series ran for more than 130 issues but after around number 50 it was reprints of War, Battle and Air Ace picture libraries. I don't have the original weekly stories of Cap Condor or Robot Archie ( #2,4,8) but I believe they were cut up and trimmed etc. to fit the new format. Well, I suppose they would have to have been. :D
Yet another pocket library. What a popular format.

Sorry about confusing #8 with #9 btw. I got that from Steve Holland's generally excellent (and highly recommended) 'Lion King of Picture Story Papers' - clearly a rare misprint! Incidentally, some Captain Condor episodes were also reprinted in Ranger with his name changed to 'Rip Solar'.
