There's a definite similarity between Ken's 'Creepy Creations' for SHIVER AND SHAKE and Wolverton's PLOP! covers, but Shiver and Shake No.1 pre-dates Plop! No.1 by several months. I think both artists simply absorbed the same influences as they were both around the same age.
