Jean Sidobre was one of the artists for the Miss Adventure series that appeared in School Friend and June (and possibly Girls' Crystal). I don't know of any specific stories he did for the weekly comics, but he did several of the picture libraries (Schoolgirls' and June & School Friend). Happy to provide what details I have of these if this is of interest.

Thanks Richard.
Do you have any news about this artist ?
I'm still looking for documents (artwork and documents) on Jean Sidobre. (G.Lévis érotic artwork too). Quality scans please: I'm writing a book about this artist.. I need to know when Jean Sidobre started drawing in your country. I think in "Princess magazine", but which issue?
Maybe another magazine....? I am looking for a man or woman who is an Art collector, important.

Many thanks.

The first piece of work of his that I've seen in Princess was a serial called "The Silver Mountain" which started in January 1964, almost certainly in the issue of 18 January.

Grand Comics Database gives his real name as Georges Levis and the following:

Born: 1924 August 7 in Toulouse, Haute-Garonne, France

Died: 1988 March 31 in Le Mesnil-Saint-Denis, Yvelines, France

It has a list of publications he worked on under that name.

His real name is Jean Sidobre.
His pseudonym is Georges Lévis or G.Lévis.
He used this pseudonym to draw erotic comics in the 70s and 80s: Liz and Beth and others.

For everyone:
Does the name PAT KELLER (Patrick Keller?) mean anything to you?
He worked for comics in the ...1960s... He collaborated with Jean Sidobre for Tina and others magazines.
This is important for my research, please.
Does this person exist ?
Inform me please.
