Re: Steve Moore RIP
I'm truly sorry to hear that. I liked his work and he seemed a nice guy on the few occasions I met him many years ago.
He started his career as office boy on Fantastic, back in the sixties, so had a very long career in the business.

That's so sad. For some reason I've always thought of him as an eternal office boy: full of ideas and enthusiasm. I just can't get my head around the idea of him ever getting old.

He didn't. He was only 64. No age at all. RIP, Steve.philcom55 wrote:That's so sad. For some reason I've always thought of him as an eternal office boy: full of ideas and enthusiasm. I just can't get my head around the idea of him ever getting old.

Loved his Father Shandor and 2000AD Dan Dare. Did a good job on Hulk too. A very British Hammer version.

Re: Steve Moore RIP
He wrote a great Nick Fury, too. Made him more of a James Bond or Napolean Solo type character. And I loved Abslom Daak!starscape wrote:Loved his Father Shandor and 2000AD Dan Dare. Did a good job on Hulk too. A very British Hammer version.

So much so, I'm surprised the Dalek-Hunter didn't appear on TV.

Sad news. I loved Lazer Eraser and Pressbutton and Shandor.
