Hi everyone, new to this site so apologies in advance if I'm in the wrong category
I have this original artwork and hope it is from one of the Picture pocket libraries like Commando, Battle ,War etc.
Hoping someone may recognise and identify it for me and possibly the artist.
cheers Jon
Can anyone help identify this artwork?

Re: Can anyone help identify this artwork?
I'm inclined to say the proportions are wrong for a pocket library, and comic artwork is usually marked up in someway so the printers knew which title and issue it was for. That said, it doesn't have bleed or crop marks, which a full page cover art would have, so that gives the impression it's been cut down.
There are a few sites with galleries which might help:

Addenda - Combat had a red strip down one side, so the rt may be correct proportions for one of those:

Re: Can anyone help identify this artwork?
Hi , Thanks for your input, I didnt add in my original message the picture is mounted and framed so is slightly larger than shown ,from what I remember it has some bleed or border around the edges. I bought it from Europe (France I think) a few years ago, I have looked through 100s of images but no look so far - though I found a picture almost identical in composition by another artist.
Thanks for looking and your comments/suggestions
