Comic artwork 1960's-Kozmik

I have discovered some original artwork for the first issue of a Manchester based comic called KOZMIK.
signed by Rik Johnston & Steve Plant.
Does anyone know the comic or the artists and was the comic ever issued?
The artwork shows the cover page and the first strip for the comic character BACK TO BACK MOUSE

You were right, Paw. It was an underground comic. Different to Cozmic Comix though. The pages were in an auction last month:

I can't verify its authenticity though, or if it was ever published. I've just looked in two books on the history of underground comics and there's no mention of it.
