When you realise that Ken drew Sir Coward de Custarde, it all makes sense, and you can recognise any of his work!

If he uses his own style yes, the style he used for that is similar to Snookum. But he often apes other artists' styles instead. Would you have identified him as the artist of the Winker Watson story in The Dandy Annual 2009 if it hadn't been signed? He used Eric Roberts's style (yes I know, Roberts is long dead), which is nothing like the Dudley Watkins-type style he famously used on Desperate Dan. (Roberts, of course, was Winker's original artist)

It was an excellent clone, but still true to himself, I'd've said. Absolutely EXCELLENT clone.

I added a few updates the other weekend, mostly it was tidying up but there is some new text and scans. See the new 'site updates' page on the site for details (Mr Gray please note - 3 new 'Freeze' scans).
