I've had it so long, Richard, I genuinely can't recall. I don't think I got it from one of Norman Shaw's upstairs bookrooms, although I might have done. It is more likely that it was advertised in Book And Magazine Collector. A further possibility is a book fair either at Haydock Park racecourse, or Pudsey Civic Hall, or even from a two-day one in some hotel or other in Bloomsbury.
