Looking for a 1970s story

I've had the following request on my site:

"I am hoping somebody can help me by remembering a story from a girls annual, possibly 1970-72 not sure if it was a Jackie or Diana or what!
But the story was about two girls I think sisters, called Maggie and Kate, they were very bad mannered and rude and they had a teacher I think called Carol Lawson. The two girls were fighting over ties."

Anyone have any ideas?

I thought that request might turn up here. But I'll have to pass as I don't know this one.

If the dates are right, it can't be Jackie, as the first Jackie annual was the 1975 one.

Hang on, I do remember a story in a Bunty annual where a teacher of a special school is assigned to teach two rude, badly behaved sisters manners. The girls acted like a pair of monkeys at a chimps tea party. In fact, when the teacher showed them a film of their own behaviour, that's exactly what they realised. After that they made an effort to be considerate and polite. I don't remember enough to know if that's the one, but that's the nearest I can think of to the description.
