whizzers @ the fair- Year?

Hi people, Cleo here with a question for the clever ones.
Topper annual, possibly mid to late 60's. Whizzers from Ozz are at a fairground, they save a girl from falling off the big wheel by firing a giant glass ball to break her fall. What I need to know is what year the annual is? Need to buy it if you can help- Many Thanks All- Cleo

It's either '68 or '70, sorry I can?t be more specific but my copies are in storage.

After a trip ?home? I can confirm the story set in Blackpool Pleasure Beach (no product placement here!) was in the 1968 annual.
