When did the Dandy and Beano relaunched their Comic Libaries

I do have a big collection of Dandy and Beano Comic Libaries from the 1980s and 90s and occasional Fun Size but when did they relaunch them when they changed them to the Fun Size as they are now? I'm pretty sure it was 10 years ago.
