What Mergers would you have liked to seen happen?
For starters, the following:
2000AD and Warrior - far better surely than letting Warrior fade (yup, I know it was a different company but let's pretend Fleetway could have bought it).
The Dandy and Cracker - My two favourite DCT humour comics and, to me, a far better merger than the one that did happen with the Beezer.
Buster and Cheeky - I wonder how the two of them would have got on? Could have been like Whizzer and Chips if they did not already exist.
2000AD and Eagle - again, a better way of ending Eagle rather than just stopping it? At least a few of the characters (Doomlord with a little revamping for one).

I think Beano and Plug would have been a good merger.

Sadly, the way things are going, I wouldn't be surprised to see that "nightmare" come true.
