Some annual covers not in the gallery

I notice the comics uk annuals gallery has some Kit Carson Annual covers but no other Western books. All of these have strips in them (although most are US reprints). The final image is from the Billy The Kid annual but the artist Fred Gaudineer is unknown to me.
