Missing posts at the bottom of a page

Two of my posts didn't show up on page 2... until page 3 was started. Then they show up, and the last five posts in the thread vanished (four of them were showing up just fine until the fifth one was posted), and my reply didn't fix it, so I had to quote the missing posts from the topic review, which is the only place they do show up. What on Earth's going on?

We know, we've been aware of it for months, and I'm sure Al is still scratching his head hard about it. It seems to be a database problem.

The posts have all reappeared, so I've deleted your extra posts. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE post here, not in the forum when this happens!!!
