Let's clarify it with exact dates. Some of your info isn't correct.

Dennis the Menace - 17 March 1951 - 60 years, 7 months since Beano debut
Roger the Dodger - 18 April 1953 - 58 years, 6 months (run is 57 years if absences are taken into account, as he missed a year in 1960-1)
Minnie the Minx - 19 December 1953 - 57 years, 10 months
The Bash Street Kids - 13 February 1954 - 57 years, 8 months
Billy Whizz - 16 May 1964 - 47 years, 5 months
Pup Parade - 16 December 1967 - 43 years, 10 months (original run was 21 years, plus another four in Topper, and later reprints in Beano, total run is about 27 years)
Ball Boy - 18 October 1975 - 36 years 0 months
Totally Gross Germs - 16 January 1988 - 23 years 9 months (original run 12 years)
Number 13 Beano Street - 4 April 1987 - 24 years 6 months (original run 10 years)
The Numskulls - 16 October 1993 - 18 years 0 months (originally in Beezer 1962, adding another 31 years and making a total run of 49 years)
Freddie Fear - 5 January 2002 - 9 years 9 months
Ratz - 19 August 2006 - 5 years 2 months
Fred's Bed - 7 April 2007 - 4 years 6 months
Meebo and Zuky - July 2010 - 1 year 3 months
Dangerous Dan - 6 August 2011 - 0 years 2 months

Wenlock and Mandeville and Real Construction are adverts and therefore don't even count as Beano strips, despite their exclusivity.

Great use of the word "exclusivity" there - wish I'd used it.

Your stats arent entirely correct there, Digifiend. Despite Number 13 debuting before The Germs in the Beano, you rank Germs above them because they spent more years there in their first run. If that's true, wouldnt they both be below The Numskulls, who debuted later, but have never stopped so have been in the comic longer than the other two strips?

I didn't rank the strips - they're listed in the order yanobandy used.
