I appreciate that, Rab. I wasn't having a moan, just clarifying a few points. Sorry if it didn't come across like that.

There's a lot of misconceptions about the British comics biz that one encounters on a regular basis. I even had to explain to my accountant the other day that we don't receive royalties or reprint payments.

Anyway, the good outweighs the bad, and if I didn't thoroughly enjoy doing comics I wouldn't have kept it up for 30 years. (Or 34 years if we include the fanzine work I did prior to turning pro.) :)

Lew,loved your page on this weeks Beano, Its nice to see your take on some classic characters & loved your BSK & and nice to see your Ball Boy which I've said before is due a revamp & your the man for the job....No disrespect to Dave Eastbury though. :D
