I took the plunge & actually subscribed to The Beano today, as i'm getting too old to be hunting around in shops for it 1st comic i have ever subscribed to in my life i may start 2000ad agian via subs,but i did forget to put the code in for the free gift that i would never have used anyway but would have made a nice xmas/birthday gift for someone i'm sure.

I've ordered Beano, for the Beano loving, almost 9-year old nephew too Brian - better value than the shops and a 'free comic maker kit' that the nephew should love. Also he enjoys having it delivered to his door.

For the older nephew I've ordered Match of the Day (which has a page or 2 of comic strip, usually)
