Are you sure? The only reprint in The Beano recently was Roger the Dodger for a few weeks (using Bob Nixon strips). Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm sure the current contents are all new.

I love the new Beryl. Why did they change her look though? Perhaps DC Thompson doesn't forget the hardcore fans.

In frame 4 on the second page (p19)? Nope, not Dennis's Dad. Try again.

(yes, I do know the correct answer. Steve confirmed it)

Yep, exactly. The hat and the hair were the main differences between Dennis's and Beryl's dads, I think.

Its wonderful to see such top work. The Dandy is the best at the moment.........
The Dandy is DEFINITELY best at the moment...I loved Fiddle O'Diddle, he's in this years Dandy annual :P :P and on the day I bought this weeks Dandy, I read Steve's Beryl about 6 times! Well done Steve!

My Own Genie is still far out in front at No.1, with Beryl not far behind, but Jak I'd say is the worst, I mean, his name doesn't even mean anything (except his surname, Hurley, which could mean throwing things)

Beryl used to me my favourite story until the Dixon revamp. It's now my favourite story again, so well done Steve, I'm buying The Dandy again (Ieven though I'm too old to read comics!)! :)
