Cuddles and Dimples's tenure as the cover strip was 10 years ago, before Nigel started drawing them. Nigel took over as of the 2004 revamp, as an attempt to modernise the strip.

It is. I believe it's one of two poses I drew that were either never used or never used on a Dandy cover, and as DCT paid for 'em then are running them.
