Did you note the prices of the Crackers? Not £7.99 each, I hope. Are they all old Christmas issue strips? 1997's The Comics At Christmas was one of my favourites of the annual Dandy-Beano collections.

According to Martin over on the unofficial Beano forum they're £4.99 each, so quite reasonable for the bookazine format.

Same price as the Summer Special was, therefore as expected.

The Dandy one is very good and lots of new stuff to see...The Beano one is half as good has a lot has already been printed before in The Beano and Dandy books...But still good...
Morris Heggie should do The beano one so we can have some new old stuff to see instead of the usual..and far too recent like the Mike P Bash street kids nativity..
