Are they actually printing FF in Astonishing Spiderman ? Thought they were just printing the Amazing Spiderman issues that had the FF in them (when he replaced Johnny)

Re: Issue 1
Issue 4 (about 4 copies) were on sale at my local Waitrose (Burgess Hill, Sussex)
today. Saw no copies of 1, 2 or 3, and I've been popping in a couple of times for the last few weeks, but maybe distribution has now been sorted going ahead.

Roy of the Rovers one-off for World Cup
In the Metro on Tuesday, there was a small item in the sports section saying that there will be a one-off souvenir ROTR for the World Cup. It has a picture of the cover, which says 5 classic comics strips and appears to be in the same format as last year's Egmont special. Anybody seen details of thi...

Re: Free comics in The Guardian
I thought that the issue date referred to the date until which they were on sale, before the next one came out. This would mean that the 8th April dated issue would actually have come out on 1st April.

Re: Free comics in The Guardian
Really enjoying all these blasts from the past.....especially Roy of the Rovers, as it was a title I bought regularly then.
They were fun to read...and I guess it's more for the nostalgia than anything else. Loved to have seen a copy of Tiger too....think I may need to have a look at ebay now !

New Star Trek comic
Anyone picked this up yet ?
Has the obligatory bagged free gift ( in this case, 60 stickers ).....not read it yet, but of the 68 pages, about two thirds are comic strip.
Published by Titan, and they advertise a new Terminator comic soon also.

Re: DFC NO:1
my subscriber number is something like 2844.... Is that gonna be enough ? I kinda doubt it... :( I hope they started at 1. When I ran my own business I started the order numbers at some arbitrary figure, like 1000. For exactly the reason that "order number 003" spooks customers. Must be lower than ...
