Re: What comics did you buy today?

This week's delivery;
Monstress 3
Lazarus 18, 19, 20, 21
East of West 22, 23
Dreaming Eagles 2
Symmetry 2

Really struggling to get interested in Monstress - another case where I was beguiled by the cover art. Lazarus is absolutely brilliant though.

Re: New member

In the section to the left of the reply text window, above the smilies, it states "Enter your message here, it may contain no more than 60000 characters". Which seems like a lot!

Re: What comics did you buy today?

Johnny Red issue 3 Is that the new Garth Ennis Johnny Red? I've been getting that from my supplier - so far so good. I like pretty much anything by Ennis. I'm also getting War Stories, A Train Called Love (may not be up to his usual standard), and Dreaming Eagles (Aftershock comics) although I have...

Re: New Dredd Movie?

Just joined the forum, so forgive me for resurrecting an old-ish thread. My opinions, for what they're worth - the first "Dredd" film was utter bilge. No concept of the attributes of the character, woeful and invalid inclusion of Fergie and an ABC Warrior - really? For me, it was an exercise in how ...
