Has anyone got any more ideas, this is still a mystery

Can anybody remember or have any idea where these two tracings were made. They must have been from a UK comic around 1966 give or take a few years, I have searched everysite I can think of for years but can't find anything like it. I am fairly sure the story line was about a Time traveling giant Peg...
