my best period would be 1944-1955 since childhood regularly got Dandy and Beano also swapped those for Film Fun and Knockout among others, amassed about 500 comics of varying sorts those mentioned plus the Adventure, Champion, Then got into American comics until I got conscripted, and came home on m...

I must say I prefered the Valiant with Captain Hurricane, the steel claw and the one who had the lucky stone/eye still have about 9 annuals somewhere in my collection, from around 1965-1977 but none of them are in prime condition I must admit
