Artist Mike Western

he was the focus of Eagle Flies Again issue 12 (Feb '05). It was an 80th birthday tribute issue. Havn't heard he's died since so think he's still around.

Anyone know anything about this title? I picked up issue 1 the other day (volume 1, number 1, dated March 1981) and would like to know more abou the title. From Google I have gleaned the following: 1. it lasted at least 10 issues 2. there was a holiday special http://hem.bredband.net/b149976/Vcomics...

Super Mags for boys

Anybody ever come across a copy of this title before?
At least 2 issues were published in 1986, one I have seen has a lovely Ian Kennedy cover and the other one has Dennis & Gnasher on the front so I assume this is a DCT title but would be gratefult if anyone could confirm

thanks

I mainly know Frank Langford from his advertising work in the new Eagle, I don't have a sanner (yet!) but could trawl through them and identify ads with dates etc. if that is any use?

ColCool, have you got both Revolver specials (romance and horror)? Don't want to spoil your only 'complete' set just thought I'd better mention them in case you haven't come across them. Fingers crossed you have them.
