Another new UK comic from Titan
Is all of the comic strip content UK-originated? I assume it is (UK spellings etc), but it's weird to see Marvel stalwart Tom DeFalco writing for a UK kids' comic! Unless I misread that? I bought this ostensibly for my god-daughter but, if I'm honest, it was mainly to read the Abnett/Lanning-scripte...

Re: Comics International #202?
Does anyone one still get Classics from the comics? as W.H.Smiths doesn't seem to sell it anymore. My local WH Smith (Wigan) used to get quite a few copies every month; this month they appeared to only have one, unless it sold quite a few in its first couple of days on sale. I hope it's not on its ...

Comics International #202?
Does anyone know what's happening with Comics International? I've got the first Cosmic/Mike Conroy issue but that was back in March or April... is there another issue due soon? I hope they can get back onto a monthly schedule.
Anyone know? Or is this beginning of the end?

The reprint strip seems to be Mirage's prequels to the current movie, which I'm sure were originally published in black and white - have Titan coloured them, or did Mirage colour them especially for the reprints? Also, the content is surprisingly strong for a kiddie title - nothing to worry about an...

superman legends
June 21st for Justice League Legends, according to an ad in the current Batman Legends. Really looking forward to this - I've not been buying Titan's Batman or Superman Legends as I already have some of the original comics, but I missed out on Metzer's JLA and it looks great. Justice looks lovely too.

Play seem to be selling it for ?14.49:

Probably a mis-price (they have the RRP stated at ?18.99) but it's worth a shot.

Re: What comic related stuff did people get for Christmas
As a matter of interest I couldn't help noticing that virtually all the recent comics-related books (including Great British Comics, Best of Girl, Sporting Supermen , etc.) are now available in the Sales at half price! - Phil Rushton The Dandy Monster Comic facsimile was under a fiver in WH Smiths ...

Batman Legs it to Titan
Is it me, or does the design of the front cover look a bit dated? It looks like it's from the 90s, like a Dark Horse UK cover or something. And with all the Batman material available, why reprint three contemporary stories? Bah! The "Batman & Son" arc is quite fun, I suppose.
