If you see any Dell reprints which have a reference including OS on the first page, that was the lead story in the issue of Four Color corres...

It's Royal mail who deliver the mail, not Post Office, so you'd have to heave a brick through your local Royal Mail delivery office.

Stick your post code in at https://www.royalmail.com/delivery-and- ... ice-finder to find yours.

Fantasy Unlimited started off as sales list for dealer Alan Austin, becoming an excellent comics fanzine which was eventually retitled Comics Unlimited, running for many years in the seventies.

There's a lovely tribute to him at https://30thcenturycomics.co.uk/alan-austin/

Re: Owd Bob and Black Bob

As well as at least four film versions, there was an American Owd Bob comic book under the title Bob, Son of Battle, published by Dell Comics as a one-shot, issue #729 of their Four Color series. Re: Comics on TV

In Jonathan Meades On Jargon on BBC4, Sunday 27th May, a section on football jargon was illustrated with comic strip images, I think produced specially for the show.

It's still available through the usual catch-up services, and I assume it will be repeated at some point.
