Ordered mine today as well, it might have been an idea to be able to order more than one at the same time, as I would’ve gone for a couple of sets.
Very much looking forward to this.

Re: The Fleetway Files
Actually I’ve got to say, you’ve really been producing some quality stuff through Hibernia - I’m very impressed. It’s one thing to publish reprints of old material but to put it together with an interesting read is a step up that not many people manage successfully.

Hmmm, well I received the Fleetway files today. Great read.
But as I mentioned before, I’d take five. Still waiting on the missing four copies....

Re: The Fleetway Files
I think its just because the Fleetway Files alliteration flows better than the IPC Files.
That said i guess you could have split into two pubs with the first being the 'The Fleetway Files' and then for the rest after 1969 call it 'The IPCrest Files'.

Weird how beanie babies appear to be making a resurgence - I thought we’d seen the back of them, much like pogs.

Re: What comics DIDN'T you buy today?
Daryl, who trades under Silver Acre Comics Thanks for that information, Ray. It's many years since I bought anything from Silver Acre. I can't remember what it was but whatever it was I must have wanted it very badly because his prices at the time were as high in proportion as they seem to be now. ...

Love to see a pic of that!Kashgar wrote:I've got the original version of the Guy Fawkes mask from Buster dated 5th Nov 1960. It's in pristine condition as is the original comic it came in. A real feast for the eyes.
