...ahh, back in the day (the early '90s to be precise), when all we wanted from comics was a gold-rimmed, holo-embossed graphite cover or whatever the hell they were, a magzine was set up to cater for the rabid financial speculation that surrounded comics.
It was called 'Comic Speculator News' and lasted at least 7 issues, does anyone know precisely how many issues? I picked up an issue recently out of curiosity and while i was certainyl never into all the ridiculous holo-embossed gol cover nonsense the magazine was very evocative of its time and of course now when you look at it you see the early work of (mainly US it has to be said) creators who went on to make it big.
