The Broons have now descended to the trouser trump path of mirth in today's Sunday Post. I'm not sure if I'm shocked of Tunbridge Wells or grinning foolishly.

Not-so-recently-now-but-yeah I remember my mum being horrified to see Jamie Smart artwork and farting in The Dandy, but when she saw the same thing in The Phoenix she thought it was hilarious. Which I thought was interesting

Bloomin' nostalgia filter. If that art style is good enough for one comic it's good enough for another. Why do folks expect the Dandy and Beano to look just like they did 30 years ago?
