Kids club at Woolworths comic

Just picked up issues 1+5 of this title and wondered if anyone knew how long it ran for?

Not the reason I bought it but there's a snippet about it here...

The issue 1 I have is dated 1987 and issue 5 is for Christmas 1988

Never heard of it to be honest. But having a quick look at your links shows it to be no more than a Thundercats tv tie-in. Was hoping for more "original" content such as the Esso comic of yore

That first link is a Thundercats fan site, of course they're going to focus on that and ignore whatever else was in it.
