Kelpie was drawn by John M. Burns which this strip definitely isn't

Perhaps it's a Kelpie strip from an annual as the regular artists often didn't draw the annual versions of strips.

Going back to Delboj and his post of 2 pages, the second page is from a Johnny Galaxia story which originated in Spain, art by Bea. It appeared in various countries and in Australia became Johnny Galaxy and in UK Atlas adapted the stories for their Space Ace series. But I'm sure Johnny Galaxy was an on occasional backup in Marvelman or the MM trio of titles, by Miller. I think, but I could be havering.
