Does anyone know if these were 'officially' released like this?

Not exactly official but the AP did sell on excess stock to be repackaged in this way. I have a couple of such albums. Mine are from 1959 and each contain 8 consecutive issues of Knockout, Film Fun and Radio Fun making 24 issues per volume.

I have a set of Comic Cuts in a new wraparound cover, I loosened the comics to make them able to be read individually but have kept them in the cover. I also have two or three sets of film magazines like this, maybe Picture Show.

I’ve never actually seen these before, I think they’re great. Love to see a few pics of other titles.
