comics reflecting history

Post by abacus »

Comics before , let's say the 50's were not exactly p.c. , full of racial stereotypes , what should we do with these comics , burn them? bin them ?and lose part of our history or except that people saw the world differently then and move on.Society evolves ,newspaper page 3 , beauty contests and many other things are consigned to history , maybe we should just move on and not judge the past too harshly, because no doubt people in the future will be scrutinising us.
