The film was pretty good but I saw this at the CannyComicCon and it has just been posted on youtube

Judge Minty - done for a much smaller budget than either Stallone's film or the latest one but much more in keeping with the comic. If you haven't seen this yet it really is worth a viewing

It's pretty good! Many of the shots are tight because of the low budget, but the spirit of Dredd and his streets here is far better than the Stallone mis-fire. If a backer could pick up this potential and matte painters added some wider views, it would be improved still further.
