I have most of the Dredd back-catalogue---but not any of these ones.

Same here, ISpy. At least from 2000AD and Judge Dredd Megazine. I never read/collected the Daily Star Dredds and this is the best way for doing it.

I will probably get around to these eventually Sid: I remember these started around '81 [?] and they looked pretty good---clearly the artwork was geared more towards smaller box-frames like most newspaper strips, but it was certainly all-new material.

The story-lines were pragmatically more compact too---but the ones I saw looked fine, both the Ron Smith then Ian Gibson versions---I enjoy both of their drawing styles.

I bought all 5 of the soft backs as I found them back in the 1980s. They are a great read and have some seriously nice art in them.

As the second volume has just been released; available from 2000 ad online shop for £30, how on earth can this same book be available for £16.99 on ebay? And this is not an anomaly; various ebay sellers are offering this same book between £19 -£22. I don't get it.
