I missed this till now! Finally I get to see some more of this amazing, beautiful strip beyond the "Flook in the '60s" book I read once (but don't own) and the examples in The Penguin book of Comics.
Thank you so much for doing this. And great idea to celebrate Wally Fawkes Night on November the 5th!

Glad you like the page, sir! Stay tuned for daily updates!
I too first encountered Flook in the pages of The Penguin book of comics: that page of 60s strips with Flook betraying a union man in a Northern pub were the hook for me: beautiful looking and brilliantly written. Took me years to find any more info though!

Great interview Adam. It's so sad when our artists are underrated. Well done!ajsmith wrote:Earlier this year I did an interview with Wally Fawkes, and it's now on The Comics Journal! http://www.tcj.com/looking-back-at-floo ... ly-fawkes/
Did you know there's an article (I have rough photos of it) in Picture Post 6 October 1951 (pp18-20) on "Trog- the man with a flook on his mind"? PM me and I'll set it up for you, if it's any use.
