Original Dandy Comic Keyhole Kate Artwork

Just obtained a piece of DC Thomson comic art by Allan Morley on card from 1949. The panel measures around 9 x 15 ins and is in good condition for 73 years old. I'm yet to source the comic as it states on the front lefthand margin that it's from Dandy issue #411 where on the reverse in pencil it says issue #409 not 411. Bit confusing? Anyway, think a bit of detective work is needed.
