Just thought of a couple of other good humour strips I've not yet seen mentioned (far as I recall):

Dads As Lads (Whoopee or Whizzer & Chips?) - quite amusing in parts on generation gaps.

Caretaker! (think it was called that) (School Fun) - about a school caretaker.

It's been a difficult choice. My top humour stories are biased towards IPC's Monster Fun, Buster, Wow!, Cheeky, Jackpot, Whoopee - I read so many IPC titles back then.
So many other's deserve to be on the list and hard to do a definitive order, this is my choice:
