Redgauntlet was a strip in Look-in from issues 12-19 (1971).
It was based on the book by Sir Walter Scott and the television series in 1970,starring Jack Watson.
Set in Scotland in 1765,the book written in 1824 dealt with the story of the Jackobites and Prince Charles.
The text was mainly taken from the book,the art was supplied by the wonderful Cecil Doughty;who had worked on Thriller Comics,Look and Learn,Express Weekly and The Eagle.
