This seems to be the case. Scheduled to end on the 18th, according to Pete. :(

Anyone remember Steve McGarrys Badlands? Seems the sun likes to shed its talent every now and then, cannot believe Pete Nash hes not been given the chance to do more for the paper.

Looks like Striker is going to be back at the end of January as a 1 page strip in a weekly magazine and it will pick up where it left off in the Sun.

All in here, Pete Nash is not confiming which magazine, until the deal is 100% concluded, he's also hoping to put his other strip psycops online sometime.

Terry: perhaps you remember the great innovative instalment in the Striker strip in the 'soaraway' Sun when the format of the daily strip changed----mid-strip----- from hand-drawn to digital ?

I think the last frame was an all-CGI close-up of a characters' mouth stating:

there's gonna be some changes round here!'

I think this highly novel episode of the strip appeared around Easter '98: a great visual gag by any standards: up there with the great TEX AVERY.

I do, I've followed Striker from the very start, you can get a full history of Striker from the Striker website.

You have to be a member of that board to view the posts. I hate it when forums do that.
