Avengers- the real ones

Research for an article brought me to Steed and Mrs Peel. And Mrs. Gale and Tara, of course. Intriguing to discover the comic strips which were published in the tv mag Look West, Manchester Evening News and other regional tv mags. There were 4 Mrs. Gale stories and I only have bad, dirty scans of them. Also, I can't find out who drew them. All help much appreciated.
The Mrs. Peel strips are easy to find, being in TV Comic, drawn by Pat Williams (who drew some of the Adam Adamant stories) and Tom Kerr.
So if anyone can add or correct my info, that would be excellent
