Hopefully more comes out of this than that Bananaman film.
Strange how they mentioned Amazing Mr X from the Dandy, he's such an obscure character who was barely in the comic. But it looks like he's been rediscovered and re branded as Britain's first superhero.

The Amazing Mr X was originally resurrected nine years ago, in the Retro Active story in that failed digital Dandy experiment.
No surprise that Dennis and Bananaman have things planned. What happened to that Minnie the Minx TV show that they were planning? The Misadventures of Minnie, or something like that? Cancelled due to COVID?

I don't want to start a new thread just to say there's a piece about the Beano in today's Daily Star with seven new Nigel Parkinson panels for Beano completists. (I presume they are new illustrations, they relate to a funniest moments of 2021 poll so may be in the comic).
