BULLY BEEF ?

Can anyone enlighten me as to the comic that the character "Bully Beef" appeared in ? (with another character called "Chips" ?) Also, looking for an image of this character if at all possible - thanks!

Bully Beef & Chips appeared in the Dandy (usually the back page). For an image, take a look at the Dandy on this very site!
